It's important to note that changes to your plan can take up to 10 days to take effect. If you need a lawn shipped sooner than usual, send an email to email@example.com to see if we can accommodate your request!
To update your DoggieLawn shipping frequency, please follow these simple steps below:
1. Login to your DoggieLawn account by entering your email address and password.
2. You will be brought to your Account Dashboard. Click on "My Product Subscriptions" which is located on the left hand side.
3. Here, you will see your current DoggieLawn subscription plan. Click on the product name.
4. A drop down menu will appear. Here, you will be able to select a new frequency. *Be careful you don't select a different lawn size at the same time (unless of course you want to!)
5. Once you update your subscription plan, the change will take effect on your "next subscription process date."
